IOFPR Announcement

The IOFPR has re-sent in January 2026 to the Organisation a Cease and Desist Letter to Deny mhj for his Unauthorized Use of Intellectual Property of Dr JXZJ/IOFPR.

Should mhj misappropriate JXZJ/IOFPR’s research in proposals to the Organisation, seeking an illegitimate monetary reward and personal credit for work that JXZJ/IOFPR’s authored without authorization,

this constitutes a violation of JXZJ/IOFPR’s rights as the copyright holder under the Copyright Directive 2001/29/EC and the EU IP Enforcement Directive (2004/48/EC), which have been transposed into Swedish law. Legal action wiil be taken against such fraudulent prostitutional misappropriation.

All unification papers authored by JXZJ at the IOFPR are the private intellectual properties of JXZJ, IOFPR, that are protected under the EU Intelectual Property (IP) law.
